PMP Certification Job Responsibilities
Integrate, manage, and control complex schedules for mission-critical projects and programs. Conduct client-facing schedule walk-throughs and regular status presentations. Analyze schedule risks and critical paths, working with management to mitigate risks and implement corrective actions. Support APMO by enforcing project standards, policies, and procedures. Create and develop training on processes, tools, and reporting for clients and project managers. Provide high-level process and management support on HP's standard project management tools. Audit project compliance with standards. Enhance documentation quality within the organization. Maintain storage and management of project and program information. Support project managers with request management and budget tracking. Assist in project tracking, change control, and risk escalation. Responsibilities:
Lead customer engagement to ensure scope, time, budget, and quality expectations are met through effective planning, control, and management. Manage efforts involving corporate, customer, and third-party vendors to plan, sell, and implement solutions to customer problems. Responsible for both business and team management. Specialist: Apply experience and subject matter expertise to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines, recommending appropriate solutions. Work on diverse problems/projects, exercising independent judgment within policies. Provide team direction and facilitate decision-making. Handle unique situations and seek advice for complex issues. Education: First Level University degree. Experience: 5+ years in project management or similar roles/businesses. Demonstrates in-depth understanding of operational policies, processes, and methodologies relevant to project management. Working towards PMP certification. Additional Information
