Company: Safran Aerosystems Services Job field: Manufacture / assembly and repair Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States Contract type: Permanent, Full-time Degree: Bachelor's Degree Experience: Over 3 years Salary: Commensurate with experience Reporting directly to the site Production Manager, you will oversee all activities of one or more repair production lines, managing a team led by a Technician/Leader. Duties and Responsibilities

Meet customer needs while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery deadlines. Implement transformations and change management. Provide vision and unite teams around challenges. Organize teams to promote multidisciplinary contributions, autonomy, accountability, and cross-functionality, ensuring agility and adaptability. Maintain high levels of competencies and resources within the scope. Ensure data accessibility and quality, and compliance with referential standards. Ensure all production processes comply with directives such as Part 145 regulations and HSE standards. Managerial Focus

Maintain a safe working environment compliant with HSE requirements. Translate site guidelines into operational objectives (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People). Ensure repairs meet quality and quantity targets within deadlines and budget. Plan resources around workload and capacity, anticipating ramp-up needs. Identify training needs, develop initiatives, and support career development. Manage team skills and training for operational quality. Implement effective communication routines within teams. Promote team functioning aligned with leadership principles. Operational Focus

Monitor performance indicators and develop continuous improvement plans (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Kanban). Additional Information

Knowledge of aerospace component repair, CMM, quality systems, and manuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in performance management, production, and repair management. Technical knowledge, risk management, continuous improvement, HSE standards, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree + 5 years or engineering degree (general or mechanical) + 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing, installation, or repairs; team management experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Physical ability to perform active duties, including lifting over 50 pounds and visual requirements. Company Information
