Prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications domestically and internationally. Conduct freedom-to-operate, infringement, and patentability analyses. Interface with clients and inventors throughout the patent process. Qualifications
2-4 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Admitted to the USPTO. JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Position details
