This hybrid role based in NYC leads a team located in Northbrook, Illinois, and reports to the General Manager of Haymarket’s Business Media Group.
Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Commercial Growth
Craft, communicate and champion the brand's strategic vision across all teams, ensuring alignment on goals, targets, and deadlines, and providing staff with the necessary resources.
Collaborate closely with sales representatives, joining client meetings to ensure our offerings align with client needs and result in commercial success.
Engage with a territory of key clients to grow their commercial relationship with McKnight’s.
Ignite new product ideas for business development teams across digital, custom content, live events, and print vehicles.
Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key industry contacts to forge relevant content and commercial partnerships.
Content & Audience Engagement
Partner with editors to craft a compelling content strategy that resonates with and grows audience engagement within our three senior care verticals: Long Term Care, Senior Living, and Homecare.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop powerful and effective messaging that resonates with both the McKnight's audience and our valued clients.
Leverage the power of AI to create cutting-edge solutions across the McKnight’s brand family.
Build, train, and nurture a high-performing, motivated, and effective editorial team that consistently exceeds expectations.
Lead the recruitment process and conduct formal appraisals for your direct reports, fostering their growth and development.
Provide personalized one-to-one coaching and assistance to all direct reports, empowering them to reach their full potential.
Ensure organizational systems are intuitive and easily managed, even in your absence, fostering a seamless and efficient workflow.
Product & User Experience
Collaborate with the product team, contributing to exceptional digital UX, functionality, and product design that delights our users.
What You'll Bring
10+ years of proven experience in digital media , with a strong track record of success.
Education,
Bachelor’s degree in related field

Ability to Travel , to industry conferences and to the Northbrook, IL office on a semi-frequent basis.

A competitive compensation package
The salary range for this position is $175,000–$200,000 + commission and bonus potential. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
