This hybrid position requires a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in elder law, including work with guardianships, estate administration, Medicaid planning, and related legal matters. Location: Chicago, IL Duties: Represent guardians in adult guardianship proceedings Prepare and process Medicaid applications, appeals, and redeterminations Administer Powers of Attorney, revocable living trusts, and special needs trusts Draft estate planning and Medicaid planning documents Collaborate with a team of attorneys and clients to address elder law matters Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in elder law Licensed to practice law in Illinois Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Education: J.D.
