Part-Time / Contract Overview We are seeking a strategic and hands-on
Fractional CFO
to support one of our clients. The CFO will provide high-level financial leadership on a part-time contract basis for a large, complex non-profit human services company with multiple revenue streams. This role is ideal for a mission-driven finance professional with deep nonprofit experience who can guide budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance while helping ensure long-term financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial oversight and guidance to senior leadership and the board. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting and analysis. Support grant budgeting, funder reporting, and audit preparation. Monitor cash flow, identify risks, and recommend financial strategies. Oversee compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
CPA strongly preferred. 12+ years of financial leadership experience, with nonprofit/human services background highly desired. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment. Familiarity with fund accounting and nonprofit financial reporting.
