Drive supplier excellence, optimize total cost of ownership, and influence cross-functional teams in shaping the future of procurement for direct materials (electronics, metals, plastics, etc.). Requirements
Advanced understanding of marketplace dynamics, supplier profiles, and technical processes/capabilities across complex Direct Materials categories (e.g., Electronics, Metals, Plastics, Electromechanical Assemblies). Deep knowledge of supply chain management principles, strategic sourcing methodologies, and supplier relationship management (SRM). Proficiency in market analysis, benchmarking, total cost modeling, and spend analysis. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate category strategies and influence stakeholders effectively. Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Global Strategic Sourcing, or equivalent. Proven track record in leading complex sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage supplier performance and drive results through strategic relationships. Location Westborough, MA Seniority level
