SCM Consultant

to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of

IFS Applications

in supply chain management (SCM). The ideal candidate will have expertise in IFS SCM modules, business process analysis, and end-user training to ensure efficient and effective system utilization.

NOTE: This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national security-based export control requirements. All applicants must be US Persons (8 USC 1324b(a)(3)), or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government. NO Company Sponsorship offered.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration:

Lead or support the implementation and configuration of IFS SCM modules, including procurement, inventory, manufacturing, demand planning, and logistics.

Business Process Analysis:

Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and optimize supply chain processes, aligning them with IFS best practices.

Customization & Enhancement:

Assist in identifying opportunities for system enhancements, including customizations, integrations, and process automation.

User Training & Support:

Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.

Data Migration & Validation:

Assist in data migration activities, ensuring accurate data transfer from legacy systems to IFS.

Testing & Troubleshooting:

Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams for resolutions.

Continuous Improvement:

Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications & Experience

ERP Experience:

5+ years of experience working with ERP SCM Applications, IFS ERP preferred.

Supply Chain Expertise:

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, warehouse management, manufacturing, and logistics.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with SQL, IFS Data Migration, IFS Aurena, and integrations with third-party systems is a plus.

Analytical Mindset:

Ability to assess business needs and translate them into effective SCM solutions within IFS.

Communication Skills:

Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users.

Project Experience:

Experience in IFS implementations, upgrades, or support projects is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

IFS Certified Consultant (SCM or related module)
