is a progressive criminal defense firm looking for a driven Sales/Intake Attorney to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. From the outset, we've reimagined the traditional criminal defense model by integrating innovative, tech-inspired strategies. Our client-focused approach emphasizes building strong relationships, maintaining clear and transparent communication, and delivering outstanding service at every step.
Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
This range is provided by Michael & Associates, Attorneys at Law. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
Focus Solely on Practicing Law. We didn’t become lawyers to juggle accounting, marketing, collections, or sales—we became lawyers to advocate for clients and win in the courtroom. Our infrastructure enables you to concentrate 100% on delivering great outcomes for clients.
A 5:1 support staff-to-trial attorney ratio
A dedicated intake team—you won't handle new client onboarding
Every attorney is paired with a full-time legal assistant (plus a team for ALRs/ODLs, billing, etc.)
ALR hearings are handled by specialists
Cases are assigned strategically to reduce drive time and align with your expertise
Work from home when not in court—your time is spent serving clients
Real opportunities for growth—beyond the traditional ceiling in smaller firms, with potential for national-scale expansion

At least 7 years of experience in criminal defense — no junior lawyers here.
