This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing top-notch legal services to our diverse clientele. As a Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of our employment litigation practice, handling complex cases and providing strategic advice to a broad range of clients. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a deep understanding of employment law, strong litigation skills, and a passion for advocacy. Responsibilities

Act as lead counsel on a wide range of employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and other employment-related claims. Conduct thorough and effective legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. Provide proactive legal advice and guidance to clients to help them avoid potential legal issues. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their businesses and their legal needs. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high level of client service. Stay up-to-date on current employment laws and regulations, as well as industry trends, to provide accurate and effective legal advice. Participate in business development efforts, including networking events, client seminars, and proposal development. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be an active member in good standing with the state bar. A minimum of 5 years of experience in employment litigation, with a focus on defense. Proven track record of successfully litigating employment cases, including trial experience. Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft complex legal documents. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and work collaboratively with a team. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, meeting deadlines and client expectations. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
