The Role We are seeking a Security Hardware & Software Consulting Manager to lead solution design and programming for integrated security systems. This role focuses on enabling our delivery team with the technical expertise needed to build and optimize modern security platforms.

What You’ll Do
Lead building security solution design and programming to support delivery teams.
Consult with clients to understand security needs and build system roadmaps.
Configure and optimize platforms such as access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
Advise on emerging technologies like AI-enabled analytics and cloud-based security.
Mentor engineers and consultants in best practices.
Partner with sales and service teams to ensure solutions align with customer goals.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in building security technology, IT infrastructure, or system integration.
Expertise in building security systems (Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Brivo, S2, Milestone, or similar).
Strong knowledge of IT, server management, and cybersecurity.
Experience leading technical teams and engaging executive-level stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (PSP, CPP, CCSP, CISSP) are a plus.
