Manage the full lifecycle of commercial roofing projects, from planning through completion, while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards Lead, mentor, and support the roofing operations team to foster performance, accountability, and continuous improvement Establish, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to boost efficiency and ensure consistent quality Perform regular site inspections to verify adherence to safety standards and workmanship requirements Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution Monitor and assess project performance using key metrics, making operational adjustments to achieve objectives Provide training, guidance, and technical expertise to team members on commercial roofing practices, safety, and installation techniques Qualifications
