Cultivate meaningful and enduring client relationships, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience that exceeds expectations. Collaborate with clients to discern their unique needs and aspirations, crafting bespoke solutions and comprehensive planning across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons. Foster and deepen primary banking and lending relationships and facilitate introduction of wealth management services; regularly engage in in-person consultations with prospects and clients at their offices and other locations. Present the JPMorgan Private Client value proposition to attract and nurture client relationships and enhance their overall experience. Share insights on the economy and financial markets to earn clients’ trust and guide strategic decisions. Build a robust pipeline by acquiring new relationships and leveraging connections with potential clients and partners to expand the client base. Network with referral sources and external contacts to generate banking and investment opportunities. Develop internal partnerships across all business lines to address clients’ needs with precision and expertise. Uphold a strong risk and controls environment by adhering to policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

10+ years in Financial Services, including affluent or complex relationship management and business development. Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and persistence in prospecting to grow the business. Maintain a high-net-worth referral network and a proven track record in building trusted client relationships. Ability to solve complex financial challenges and present innovative, holistic financial planning solutions. Passion for guiding clients through what matters most and the ability to work collaboratively in a team to deliver bespoke solutions and exceptional client service. Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 7, and FINRA Series 66 (or 63 and 65) are minimum. Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMorgan Chase’s licensing program within 150 days of hire, with study materials and support provided. College degree or military equivalent. Regulatory and Compliance This position is subject to various regulatory requirements, including the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment offers are contingent on criminal history checks, licensing, and compliance with the SAFE Act (NMLS registration).
