The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of restaurant outlets at Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining culinary standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience. While Neighborhood Services Restaurant + Bar is the primary focus, the Manager may also be asked to support other outlets throughout the hotel as needed. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive team culture, a keen attention to detail in all aspects of the dining experience, and a commitment to exceptional hospitality. This role will cover both AM and PM shifts as needed, as the outlets are open for all 3 meal periods, 7 days per week. Responsibilities

Provide operational oversight of Neighborhood Services Coordinate daily operations Supervise, train, and mentor team members Collaborate with culinary teams Develop and manage budgets Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relations Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Communicate effectively with team members and other departments Address guest feedback promptly Support other F&B outlets Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred Minimum of 23 years of managerial experience in Food & Beverage Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and lift/push/pull up to 40lbs Must have TIPS and Food Handlers certifications Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays *This position is a full-time, on-site position with no work from home flexibility.
