Assistant Project Manager
is responsible for supporting project managers, senior project managers, and project executives with the successful installation of construction projects. Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma/GED Years of Relevant Work Experience:
0 to 3 years of exposure to construction processes Certificates/Licenses:
Drivers License Physical Job Requirements:
Move throughout office, construction site, and general outdoor environments Key Activities Project Preparation : Obtain detailed understanding of assigned projects (contract specifications, terms, scope, alternates, estimated costs and planned installation methods). Project Documentation : Organize and maintain all required project documentation (job files, contracts, change orders, equipment submittals, RFIs, and equipment manuals) in accordance with Company standards. Project Management Assistance : Acquire all necessary permits, licenses, and registrations and arrange for all job inspections. Project Financials : Prepare financial reports for project managers. General Assistance : Assist with preparation of bids and prequalification forms.
