We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
with a background in consulting engineering to lead multi-discipline projects in refineries plants. The ideal candidate will have a stable track record, experience managing large capital projects, and the ability to drive engineering workflow from concept through execution with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Lead refinery expansion, upgrade, and process improvement projects.
Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and client expectations to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Oversee contracts, proposals, reporting, and project controls.
Direct multi-discipline engineering teams and provide construction/start-up support.
Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).
10+ years of project management experience in refineries.
Consulting engineering (EPCM) background required; owner-side experience a plus.
P.E. license and PMP certification highly preferred.
Proven expertise in: Modularization and HVE execution strategies
Primavera P6 scheduling
Logistics and supply chain coordination
Proposal development
NOx reduction projects
Ideal Candidate Profile Strong consulting/project management background with long-term tenures at previous employers.
Experience leading multi-discipline engineering efforts with a full understanding of engineering workflows.
Results-driven leader with the ability to manage complexity and build lasting client partnerships.
