Work a 3/2 in office schedule alongside lower than industry average hours per week for Corporate Lawyers! The Role Provide legal counsel on Corporate Transactions:

including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements:

including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts. Conduct due diligence and assist with Corporate Document Matters : including the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals. Advise clients on Compliance:

Keep in check and up to date with Federal and New Jersey state corporate laws and regulatory requirements.
