Job Description:
We're looking for a
Sr. Project Manager
with
retail, supply chain, and SAP experience
to lead critical initiatives from kickoff through delivery. Looking for 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
What You'll Do
Lead project kickoff, planning, milestones, and delivery Manage scope, schedule, and financials while escalating risks as needed Drive cross-functional alignment across business and technical teams Provide clear status updates, documentation, and risk management Oversee testing, rollout planning, cutover activities, and lessons learned
What We're Looking For (Required)
Proven Project Management experience in retail and supply chain environments Hands-on SAP project management (implementations or enhancements) Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) methodologies Ability to manage multiple projects and drive accountability across teams Excellent organizational and communication skills
