Bartender Position
Flik Hospitality Group is looking for a full-time Bartender. The location is UA San Francisco Club G6 - Terminal G San Francisco International Airport, San Francisco, CA 94128. Previous bartender experience is preferred, and there is an internal employee referral bonus available. The fixed pay rate is $21.99 per hour. Summary:
Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Adhering to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. Setting up assigned bars; requisitioning and stocking all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce. Maintaining stock, preparing, curing and storing all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality. Greeting guests in a courteous, friendly manner. Taking and/or processing orders for drinks; mixing, garnishing, and presenting drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practicing prudent portion control. Checking guests at the bar for proper identification. Detecting and acting upon guest inebriation as trained. Demonstrating knowledge of liquor laws. Receiving cash from guests, making change, verifying validity of charges, recording charges, and ensuring vouchers are properly executed. Locking up and storing all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops; securing bank. Performing general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeping work area clean and organized. Arranging bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
