The Sage Group’s client, the market leader for Cloud Content Management is searching for a detail-oriented, strategic, and operationally excellent Sr. Manager to lead our client’s marketingemail and customer communications programs. Sitting within the Global Campaigns team, this role is essential in orchestrating how they engage contacts through email across lifecycle stages-ensuring timely, relevant, and aligned messaging across global teams. This is a critical role that supportsboth brand engagement and revenue driving initiatives by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and managing the intake, planning,and cross functional orchestration of all customer-facing email campaigns.

Own the global email and in-app communications calendar, including intake triage, prioritization, and alignment on execution timelines
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Campaigns, Field, and Lifecycle) to drive aligned communication strategy and delivery
Support development and maintenance of multi-variant nurture programs and one-off customercampaigns that align with broader marketing goals
Lead project management and delivery of major customer campaigns and flagshipevent communications
Maintain and evolve a structured intake and delivery framework for emailand in-app requests,ensuring high quality execution at scale
Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement, optimizing messagingand delivery timing where appropriate
Manage our communications Airtable and maintain stakeholder visibility through regular planningand status updates
What You Bring
3-5 yearsin marketing, with a strong focus onemail communications, customer lifecycle, or campaign operations
Experience managing intake and delivery processes across multiple stakeholders and global teams
Proficiency with Airtable (or similar project management tools), email platforms (e.g., Marketa), and analytics
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to confidently manage up, across, and out
Experience supporting or owning communications for large scale campaigns or events
A balance of strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution; thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Duration:
Through EOY ’25; opportunity to extend
Pay:
$75 - $80/hr DOE
Location:
Redwood City, hybrid in office 2 days a week
