T-Mobile is the most valuable telecommunications company in the world and this team is building T-Mobile’s super app. Key Responsibilities The Sr Product Manager, Data & AI is a visionary, strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of execution, and professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic package. The role is accountable for T-Mobile's internal and external products, platforms, services, experiences envisioned and created to achieve the specific business purpose or results. At a high level this means identifying the intersection of customer problems/unmet needs (an opportunity), technical feasibility, business goals, securing funding, and leading a cross-functional team as well as key partners to deliver against the opportunity. Sr Product Manager, Data & AI thrives on data and has a deep hunger for data and experience building data-driven AI experiences. They build deep customer insight, critical thinking, commercial, analytical, and leadership prowess to successfully deliver delightful and differentiated products that drive growth and positively impact customers' lives. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research; generating product requirements; resolving specifications; defining long-term strategy and roadmap; creating the product roadmap; helping drive and support technical delivery end to end; defining scope for releases/product increments; partnering with development, project/program management, marketing, and other essential team members to define release schedule; and supporting go-to-market activities as needed. Owns end-to-end product for complex or cross-platform solutions for products of the highest level of complexity and scope, or suite of products. Create, manage, maintain and communicate product vision and roadmap. Identify target customers for existing or future products and design and drive end-user product research. Partner with business, internal/external collaborators and leadership to understand current customer experiences and opportunities. Anticipate industry trends, direction, innovation, and analyze potential impacts on the roadmap and drive opportunities. Communicate, influence, and present ideas at VP level and below; regularly deliver product presentations. Maintain current understanding of tech trends; assess how trends impact the roadmap or create opportunities for innovation. Dive into data and build value-driven insights to drive business outcomes. Demonstrate customer insights for product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities. Advocate for the customer internally and externally, promoting a customer-first mentality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners as needed. Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management. Qualifications

7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment; strong understanding of customer experience. Experience delivering large and complex initiatives; proven ability to communicate with Leadership and collaborate across teams. Experience directing matrixed resources and delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and related tools. Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. Strong requirements elicitation and clear writing for diverse audiences. Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze and synthesize product use data to drive decisions. Experience with data analysis, data science, building data products; experience with AI-based products is preferred or required. Bachelor's Degree required; at least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel and Regulatory Travel Required: No DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $130,900 - $236,200 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% The pay range is a general baseline; actual pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience.
