We’re looking for you to join Adobe as our Vice President, Corporate Controller. The Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) organization is a multi-disciplinary team encompassing accounting and reporting, tax, compensation, strategic sourcing and shared services, third-party risk management, pricing and revenue operations, deal desk, business process optimization, business technology solutions and transformation and strategy. The CAO ensures Adobe's financial health, accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency through innovation and automation. What you’ll do

Strategic Finance Leadership and Business Partnership

– The incumbent will set a clear and bold strategic vision that pushes efficiency and productivity for our customers and businesses. You will build strong partnerships across the business to understand challenges and how your vision can benefit all. Technical Accounting

– Set the foundation of our financial integrity, provide insights, maintain compliance and stay ahead of standards and regulations. Compensation Operations

– Ensure the operational, financial, and administrative accuracy underpinning the employee experience at Adobe. People Leadership and Collaboration

– Manage a team of senior leaders, develop talent, and build cross-functional partnerships across the organization to scale. Operational Excellence and Financial Controls

– Continuously optimize financial processes, improve accuracy, implement strong controls, and streamline reporting to support performance. What you’ll need to succeed

15+ years in Accounting or Finance, with global, complex organizations 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in developing leaders and teams CPA required Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and scalable growth by harnessing emerging technologies—particularly AI—to implement automation strategies that deliver enterprise-wide transformation. Creative, solution-led approach with the ability to assess complex situations from multiple perspectives—financial, operational, and strategic. Outstanding executive presence and communication skills Deep understanding of the tech/software industry Ability to quickly build strong rapport with leaders and influence collaborators Genuine intellectual curiosity, analytical capability and a pragmatic approach to business Informed and thoughtful point-of-view with decisiveness, bias toward solution, action, and velocity Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer. Learn more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $204,700 - $394,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives as part of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
