Role:
Linqia is looking for a
Recruiting Sourcer / Coordinator
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building great candidate experiences from first outreach to onsite interviews. You'll play a critical role in identifying top talent and keeping our recruiting operations running smoothly across our Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, internal databases, and other creative methods
Craft personalized outreach to drive interest and excitement in Linqia's open roles
Own scheduling for phone screens, interviews, and onsite loops, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience
Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline hygiene in our ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools
Coordinate communication and logistics between candidates, recruiters, and interview teams
Help track and report on key recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement
Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Pitch in on ad hoc recruiting projects as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting coordination and/or sourcing experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
Experience supporting recruiting efforts across Sales, Marketing, Success, and/or Operations functions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Google Workspace
Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
Based in the SF Bay Area and able to commute to our San Francisco office 2x per week
