Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Cloud Lead Consultant
with implementation experience. The role's primary responsibility is to collaborate with key stakeholders and lead the successful implementation of Oracle EPM cloud applications. The position will lead requirements gathering discussions, ensure configurations are captured, and design and development of all RICE components from the functional side.
Responsibilities
Lead requirement-gathering discussions and ensure configurations are captured for Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
Design and develop all RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) from a functional perspective.
Facilitate and lead client calls and presentations; build strong client relationships and propose innovative solutions based on client needs.
Work with the ETL team to migrate data from legacy systems to Cloud applications.
Lead discussions on RICE components from the functional side and coordinate with Oracle CSM/Account Manager for prioritization of product bugs and service requests.
Review test, conversion, and cutover strategies and test applications; support business questions during UAT and EUT phases.
Ensure effective solution proposals aligned with client requirements and outcomes.
Review the impact of Oracle patch releases each quarter.
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
Location: within commuting distance of St. Louis, MO; Raleigh, NC; Indianapolis, IN; Phoenix, AZ; Richardson, TX; Hartford, CT; or willing to relocate to one of these areas. Travel within the US may be required.

Must be EPM functional / solution lead with experience in end-to-end EPM functionalities.
Ability to propose solutions based on client requirements and lead client calls and presentations.
Strong collaboration with ETL teams to migrate data and ensure smooth cloud deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in other relevant cloud modules related to EPM.
Experience in EBS to correlate on-premise vs cloud functionalities.
Experience managing teams (size 5+) would be a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The job may entail sitting for extended periods and working at a computer. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, and in person.
