Merchandising Intern
Nuuly is looking for a Merchandising Intern to join us for the Summer. This person will assist Nuuly's merchandising team with a variety of tasks, such as: supporting data analysis, completing trend research, and learning operational processes that contribute to building Nuuly's product assortment and enhancing our customer experience. We are seeking someone who is excited to learn and collaborate in a creative, fast-paced environment focused on rental fashion. Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. Assist the merchandising team with daily operational tasks Contribute to competitive market research and trend analysis Assist in preparing assortment presentations Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, planning, creative) under guidance from the merchandising team Help maintain accurate product data and style information in internal systems Support special projects as assigned by the merchandising team Role Qualifications

Once you complete your project, please upload it to the additional documents section in the application process. Create a concept board with 3 5 fashion trends you see emerging for the Nuuly customer in Fall 2026. Pull imagery from blogs, Pinterest, Instagram, runway, etc. to show your point of view merchandisers, make it into a story! We are looking for forward thinkers showing future inspirational trends that move beyond where we are currently or where we have been!
