Commercial / Global Supply Chain & Transportation About the Role The Data Analyst III drives process development, improvement, optimization, and sustainability across Commercial stakeholders. Youll use data-driven insights, SAP enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to improve global supply chain and transportation logistics performance. What Youll Do Lead business process development, improvement, optimization, and sustainability for assigned Commercial functions. Run exception reports and perform root-cause analysis to strengthen monitoring and improve Global Supply Chain & Transportation Logistics processes. Provide daily support to Logistics Transparency Program teams and cross-functional partners. Build and deliver performance analytics/metrics (e.g., benchmarking, targets vs. actuals, carrier performance, rail maintenance, truck retains, runouts, overfills). Partner with IT to design/execute
SAP
changes and own functionality enhancements that improve logistics and transportation workflows. Collaborate with global process owners to align priorities and drive sustainable improvements. Support special projects and business improvement opportunities aligned to strategic needs. Define business metrics, ownership, and accountability to sustain project benefits. Communicate work status to program SMEs and leaders; balance strategic and tactical deliverables. What You Bring Legally authorized to work in the country of posting. Bachelors in Supply Chain, MIS, Business, or related field. 510 years
in data analytics, supply chain, or operations. Strong working knowledge of
SAP ; advanced
Power BI
and
SQL
skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Business acumen across Commercial Supply Chain, Transportation Operations, and value-chain integration points. Able to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities. Excellent verbal/written communication; proven collaboration, influence, and conflict-management skills. Self-starter with a track record of recommending and implementing process improvements. Nice to Have Experience building logistics KPIs/dashboards (carrier scorecards, dwell/retain tracking, exception monitoring). Background in global, multi-stakeholder environments. Experience leading cross-functional process workshops and sustaining change.
