Job Overview
The Metronome Spatial Solutions Division seeks an experienced Software Developer to support NGAs Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) mission, focusing on sciences, technology, and tradecraft to model the globe with three-dimensional accuracy. Key Responsibilities Code, develop, integrate, and debug software artifacts. Write validation tests against baselines to ensure code integrity. Assist with unit testing, programming, and development in .NET. Support Agile development efforts within software sustainment methodologies.
Required Skills
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Proficiency in software development or integration projects in service-oriented environments (Cloud, SOA, Web Services). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Experience with Microsoft .NET tools (VB.NET, C#, C++, Visual Studio, WPF). Experience with large code bases and testable software development. GIS experience. Database knowledge (e.g., PostgreSQL). Familiarity with Git/GitLab and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
Preferred Skills
Prior NGA customer support experience. Proficiency in AWS/Cloud technologies. Microsoft certifications.
