Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary. Repair drywall as needed. Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment. Perform precise "cutting in" to ensure clean lines and professional finishes. Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas. Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site. Travel to multiple store locations across our network of convenience store locations throughout Massachusetts based on the maintenance schedule. Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to ensure minimal disruption to store operations. Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately. Requirements:
5+ years of finish painting experience (residential, commercial, or retail environments). Sharp eye for detail Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques. Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation/ willingness to travel throughout our New England footprint Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus. Compensation:
