Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage

Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel.The position is primarily focused on Food & Beverage operations, but may include duties that allows for great growth and development by being able to work in multiple outlets and venues across the resort. Responsibilities may include scheduling, payroll, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills as well as working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office tools and resources. This is the Hyatt Touch. The salary range for this position is $56,800 to $72,000. Decisions regarding individual salaries commensurate with experience and qualifications.
