In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Product Developer to join our RD&D New Product Development team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end ideation, development and launch of educational furniture products.The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset and a keen attention to detail to drive quality products. The Product Developer should have a solid understanding of cross-functional teamwork and possess proficiency in data analysis and customer perspective to drive decisions. A day in the office looks like this: Analyzing market trends and sales data to inform development of future products End-to-end ideation, development and launch of educational products. Ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, with a focus on attention to detail, whilst taking active steps to move product forward and meet deadline Providing clear direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and our Asia team to ensure successful execution of products Conducting market research and gathering customer insights to inform product development decisions Spokesperson for projects, approve product images, copy and aid in launch presentations to sales team Qualifications

And heres our end of the bargain! At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties. For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at a salarybetween $68,640 - $83,000 depending on relevant experience & skillset. This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
