Senior Accountant, Hybrid (Argyle) 90K-95K+Bonus
LHH is working with a large service company in the Argyle area seeking a Senior Accountant. This full-time role involves handling accounting transactions and processes to support daily operations, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting frameworks and internal policies. The Senior Accountant will be key to the financial close process and ensuring accurate financial statements. This position is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with a salary range of 90K-95K+Bonus. Job Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate financial information to management. Research and analyze cost centers and accounts for accurate reporting. Manage fixed asset additions, disposals, impairments, and calculate related depreciation and amortization. Prepare and post journal entries with proper documentation. Assist in preparing monthly, semiannual, and year-end reporting packages. Analyze financial statements for mid-year and year-end reporting. Reconcile various balance sheet accounts. Prepare intercompany reconciliations. Support R&D and CapEx budgeting processes. Assist with ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting. 4-5 years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting practices, and ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
