Candidates should have a strong service orientation, willingness to learn, and schedule flexibility due to the nature of the business. Overview On Call Position - AM Job Summary We seek a passionate hospitality professional with strengths in service, food & beverage knowledge, and an exceptional service attitude for the Server position at Rowes Wharf Sea Grille. Responsibilities include preparing for service, serving guests in a Five Star manner, providing detailed menu descriptions, and exceeding guest expectations. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and create a positive first impression. Complete opening and closing side work. Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and assist with pairings. Deliver high service standards. Know and recommend wines, beers, and cocktails. Serve alcohol safely. Maintain cleanliness of stations and equipment. Meet guest requests professionally. Keep tables clean throughout service. Follow cash handling procedures. Complete closing procedures. Qualifications Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service and luxury standards. Effective communication skills in English; second language a plus. Basic computational skills. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly. 1+ years experience in a full-service restaurant, food & beverage experience preferred.
