As a Plumbing Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing our residential plumbing service department and ensuring the delivery of top-quality service to our valued customers. Your leadership abilities, technical expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in driving the success of our plumbing division. Responsibilities:
Create and drive revenue through the plumbing
department. Lead , mentor, and motivate a team of residential plumbers, providing guidance and support to maximize their
potential. Oversee
all aspects of the residential plumbing service department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project
management. Ensure
the timely and efficient completion of plumbing service calls, repairs, and
installations. Conduct
regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training and development programs to enhance the team's
skills. Foster
a customer-centric culture within the plumbing department, emphasizing exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to
detail. Collaborate
with other department managers to streamline operations, optimize resource utilization, and enhance overall customer
experience. Maintain
a high standard of workmanship, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety
regulations. Develop
and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and
effectively. Implement
and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the department's performance and identify areas for
improvement. Stay
updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to promote continuous learning and
growth. Manage
inventory, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained and readily available for service
calls. Collaborate
with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to attract new
customers.Uphold
company values and policies, consistently representing the company in a professional and ethical manner. Qualifications: Plumbing Service Management experience
preferred. Master
Plumber License
preferred. Proven
experience in residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and
maintenance. Strong
leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and developing
teams. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, customers, and other
stakeholders. Solid
understanding of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials. And knowledge of plumbing software and other relevant
tools. Strong
technical knowledge and problem-solving
skills. Detail-oriented
with a focus on delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer
service. Ability
to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment. Service
Titan experience is strongly
preferred. Valid
