Job Description
Kawasaki Robot Programmer Location:
Normal, IL Salary:
$70K to $150K (Benefits, Medical Insurance, Paid Leaves, Bonus) Seeking candidates with Kawasaki Robot skills, including vision and Keyence. Provide robotics engineering services, including but not limited to: Create and/or modify teach pendant programs and macros demonstrating path planning in accordance with global robotics standards Support on-site testing and implementation of these standards Robot programming and teaching as needed Robot setup and commissioning activities such as creating tool center points (TCP), user frame definitions, verifying robot mastering, initializing robot TCP/IP communications with end devices, etc. Perform robot safety buyoffs and implement necessary changes to meet global safety standards Review and optimize robot paths to ensure compliance with standards Continuously improve robot programming to enhance part quality and reduce cycle times Assist, support, and train maintenance and engineering personnel during commissioning activities Leverage industry experience and best practices to optimize production processes and promote continuous improvement (Kaizen) of standards and processes Additional Information
