Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site Agile Coach to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agile methodologies and training.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an agile training program for the client team.
Assist in establishing a Tactical Agile Center of Excellence (TCOE) within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in agile environments.
Strong leadership and training abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven time management skills.
Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Professional, ScrumMaster, or Product Owner.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience with Scrum and Kanban.
Knowledge of software development processes.
Experience in change management and cultural transformation.
5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
