Job Description
Position Overview: Lead a team of 10-15 PLM Analysts in delivering PLM services to the client within agreed turnaround times and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional client stakeholders from Engineering, PLM, and Supply Chain functions. Define, create, measure, automate, and monitor metrics and KPIs. Provide periodic reporting of these metrics. Map existing processes, develop future state processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. Partner with client operations and management teams to communicate results and resolve escalations. Conduct root cause analysis and work towards improving overall business metrics through data analytics and reporting. Manage ticket-based workflows to meet defined SLAs, turnaround times, and quality targets.
