At least 2 years of experience in implementing/supporting JDA Allocation and JDA Demand & Fulfillment Planning Experience with JDA Enterprise Planning, ensuring integration between business requirements, technical solutions, and processes Developing technical integration requirements among non-JDA systems for end-to-end solutions Participating in business-driven deliverables and interacting with customers Providing thought leadership in decision-making and ensuring quality and consistency in delivery Implementation experience in JDA Allocation, Demand & Fulfillment Planning Facilitating fit/gap analysis, impact assessment, and training related to Demand & Supply Planning Coordinating with customers and offshore teams to resolve queries Suggesting and validating solution options, providing technical leadership Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning involving Suppliers, Manufacturers, and Retailers Knowledge of configurations, architecture, variables in JDA Allocation, and algorithms in JDA Demand Planning Analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to adapt in dynamic environments Customer service orientation and strong client interfacing skills Knowledge of other JDA modules like ESP and Demand 360 is advantageous Experience with estimation techniques and presales is desirable Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of relevant experience can substitute for each year of education Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technologies U.S. citizens and authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
