A reputable hospital in central Michigan has an opportunity for a Hematologist Oncologist to assist their team with locum coverage.
About the Opportunity:- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- 1:5 shared call required, 5p-7a
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Daily Volume: 10-15 inpatients, 15 outpatients
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric
- Nearly all hematology cases
- Duties: Participation on a tumor board, ordering tests and images, and prescribing medication
- Required Procedures: FNA/biopsy
- Support Staff: 6 MDs, 5 inpatient APPs, 6 outpatient APPs
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
