Neurology

• Type of practice:
o Multi-specialty (23 different specialties), outpatient, physician owned facility.

• Type of employment:
o First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract, there is the
option to be voted in as a Shareholder.

• Number of physicians:
o Neurology: 3 doctors, 1 extender
o Total in clinic: 46 doctors, 24 extenders (PA or ARNP)

• Office hours:
o Monday-Friday, 8-5pm
o 36-hours of Direct Patient Contact

• Requirements:
o US Resident or Green Card
o Board Certified or Board Eligible (will be required to take the test after completing residency/fellowship)

EMG s, Advance Ancillary Orders, Lumbar Punctures
