Locums Radiologist - Sioux City, Iowa (IMLC Accepted) Schedule & Coverage Dates
  • Clinic Days: Monday-Friday (weekdays only; no weekends)
  • Shift Length: 8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
  • Shifts per Month: 20
  • On-Call: None
  • Coverage Dates (REQUIRED):
  • 11/24-28
  • 12/8-12/12
  • 12/22-12/26
Role & Responsibilities
  • Interpret medical images: X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasounds, Fluoroscopy studies (Swallow, BE, Myelogram, LP)
  • Inpatient and outpatient radiology and interventional radiology (IR) duties
  • Analyze images to diagnose and monitor diseases
  • Perform interventional procedures using imaging guidance
  • Collaborate with healthcare team and communicate findings
  • Recommend further testing as needed
  • Teaching opportunities available
Patient & Facility Details
  • Provider Volume: 111 patients/day (clinic and hospital)
  • Appointment Length: 20 minutes
  • Exam Rooms per Provider: 3
  • Support Staff: Nursing (1:1 ratio), ancillary staff available
  • Medical Imaging, Lab, Pharmacy: On-site
  • EMR: Powerscribe and Cerner
Requirements
  • Board Certified Radiologist - REQUIRED
  • Active Iowa Medical License or Active IMLC - REQUIRED
  • Must cover most/all listed dates - REQUIRED
