IR assignment near Riverside, California; mix of inpatient and outpatient cases with full support team and travel included.
Highlights

Practice Setting
- Mix of inpatient and scheduled outpatient cases
- EPIC EMR and Sectra PACS
- Adult patients; minimal peds
- Full anesthesia support; no peripheral vascular or Y-90
Schedule
- Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Call often structured in weeklong blocks
- Some weeks may be daytime-only if call coverage is filled
Cases and Procedures
- Core IR: embolizations, nephrostomy tubes, drainages, dialysis catheters
- Biopsies and occasional PE thrombectomies
- 8-12 cases/day with 1-2 larger procedures
Requirements
- Board-certified or eligible in IR or DR with VIR fellowship
- Active California license and fluoro certificate required
- Recent case log and 1+ year post-fellowship experience preferred
