40 hours/week Evening Shift (2:30 PM 10:30 PM) Every Other Weekend

Pay: $20.80 $22.50/hour + $1 Evening Differential + $1.25 Weekend Differential

What Youll Do:
Deliver care according to each residents Resident Assessment and Support Plan (RASP)
Assist with activities of daily living (eating, bathing, incontinence care, oral hygiene, dressing, ambulation, positioning) while maintaining dignity and safety
Administer medications and complete treatments per physician orders and policy
Monitor and report changes in residents conditions to nursing leadership
Obtain and record vital signs, weights, intake, and output accurately
Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and post-mortem care
Help residents with telephone use, laundry, and room tidiness
Support activities and meal service in dining areas
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and infection control standards
Accurately document care in electronic and paper records
Follow all HIPAA, corporate compliance, and regulatory requirements
What Were Looking For:
Current certification to administer medications in a PA Personal Care Home (Med Tech) required
Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively
