to our incredible rehab team. We are a 148 bed skilled nursing facility located in San Jose.. We offer an extensive orientation and training for our Rehab Team. Shift times: M-F/wkends if available Job Duties: develop and implement treatment to improve patient's communication, swallowing ability, and cognition; document daily, work with Rehab Team, etc. COMPETITIVE PAY;
