AI Research Scientist

Responsibilities

  • Design and evaluate novel AI/ML models across foundational and applied domains
  • Drive innovation in LLMs, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring research into production
  • Publish, present, and patent high-impact findings in AI and machine learning
  • Conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, including natural language processing, computer vision, generative models, and reinforcement learning
  • Design and implement novel algorithms and model architectures for experimentation and deployment
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to extract insights, train models, and validate hypotheses
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into scalable solutions and production-ready systems
  • Stay current with the latest literature and contribute to the AI research community through papers, presentations, or patents
  • Build and evaluate proof-of-concept systems and prototypes for real-world application
  • Mentor junior researchers and data scientists in scientific rigor, model development, and experimentation
  • Support internal IP development and contribute to strategic technical roadmaps

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong publication record in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR, ICLR) is highly preferred
  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or statistical modeling
  • Experience with model development using TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or similar frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with large-scale data processing
  • Solid understanding of model evaluation, optimization techniques, and deployment workflows
  • Ability to independently design and drive research agendas with business impact
