What You Will Do

  • Design, implement, and optimize acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels
  • Build and optimize demand generation programs that drive trial signups and conversions
  • Develop and execute strategies to convert prosumer users into enterprise champions
  • Create automated nurture sequences that move users through the customer journey
  • Continuously test and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and in-app messaging
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify activation levers and reduce friction points
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and drive sustainable organic traffic growth
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of PLG SaaS growth or performance marketing experience
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and conversion through data-driven campaigns
  • Experience with Advertisements or SEO strategy, content optimization, and performance marketing channels
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
  • Creative problem-solving approach with a test-and-learn mentality
  • Understanding of PLG models and how they can be leveraged for enterprise expansion
