Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Architect to lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of data workflows, source connectors, and transformations using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) . This is a hands-on architect role requiring deep technical expertise and leadership in cloud-based data integration—specifically with IDMC as a cornerstone of our data warehouse architecture.

Responsibilities
- Lead data integration efforts using Informatica IDMC across non-production and production environments.
- Develop complex ETL components (connectors, mappings, sessions, workflows).
- Author and optimize performance-tuned data mappings and processes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve IDMC-related job/service issues.
- Drive data profiling and metadata analysis to inform data strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and own resolution of JIRA tickets within Agile sprints.
- Provide IDMC-related operational reporting (job trending, resource utilization, etc.).
- Support QA and mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practices.
- Coordinate system upgrades, patching, and configuration with the broader IT team.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data architecture and ETL processes.
- Implement and improve Data Lifecycle Management and change management procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data integration roles.
- Expertise with Informatica IDMC (or PowerCenter).
- Cloud integration experience—especially IDMC and AWS-based data services.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL and familiar with AWS Redshift.
- Strong understanding of SOA / EDA, JMS messaging, SOAP, and RESTful services.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, CS, or a related technical field.
- Experience within the Property & Casualty Insurance sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
