Overview
Consulting Manager – Workday Integrations and Technical Solutions at Makse Group. The role leads the design, development, and support of Workday integrations for multiple clients, ensuring seamless data flow between systems. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in Workday integrations (including Workday Studio) and provides strategic guidance on best practices and system optimization. Salary range: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 USD annually, based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide new solutions through modification and implementation of existing software tools and platforms, and contribute to the development of novel solutions.
- Build, test, and deploy integrations utilizing Workday Studio, Core Connectors, BIRT, and XSLT.
- Resolve day-to-day production support tickets for Workday integrations.
- Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report to management.
- Gather and create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life cycle.
- Develop and maintain complex Workday reports including custom advanced, BIRT reports, matrix, composite reports and calculated fields; configure Workday business process steps.
- Assist team with integration security audits to ensure data integrity and system security.
- Perform regression testing on integrations during Workday releases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate data delivery and data management.
- Identify client enhancement opportunities for existing and new features introduced across Workday releases.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integration development including Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Working knowledge of XSLT, SOAP, and REST.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with one or more workflow languages (CWL, WDL, Nextflow) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration, data governance, security, maintenance, and the system development life cycle is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve results.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with stakeholders and users.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
