About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance for the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to the Americas Business Unit, with a focus on improving financial reporting, visibility, and systems. This role involves overseeing accounting and finance operations, financial and tax reporting, financial planning and analysis, and managing incentive compensation. The SVP will work closely with the COO and senior leadership to steer long-term decision-making, lead the annual budgeting process, and drive improvements in financial systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency. A key aspect of the position is to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements with GAAP/IFRS standards and to lead a high-performing, remote finance team.
Applicants for the SVP of Finance role at the company should have a proven track record in a similar executive finance position, preferably within professional services. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial performance and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, and analysis, and a deep understanding of accounting principles, including IFRS 15. A degree in a relevant field is preferred, and the candidate must be adept at communicating with senior and executive management, as well as with business and IT C-level staff. The position demands excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
