Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery night shift position requiring OR circulate skills and advanced certifications.Job Details•Position is in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting,•Provides care to laboring and postpartum patients, including circulating in the OR,•Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts, 18:45 to 07:15,•Epic charting experience is preferred,•Caseload includes laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns,Job Requirements•Active CA RN license required,•Current AHA or American Red Cross certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required,•At least 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience required,•Experience circulating in the OR is required,•Must provide two supervisor references from within the past year,•Must complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing,•Subject to a 50 mile radius rule for eligibility,•Return staff must have a minimum 1-year gap before returning as a traveler,Additional Information•Responsibilities include labor and birth support, monitoring of mother and baby, and circulating for cesarean deliveries,•Orientation includes completion of e-learning modules, typically 1-5 hours,•Only one holiday request off (RTO) will be approved during the contract,•Local candidates are accepted at a lower rate,•All certs must be current and in hand at the time of consideration,),•hash,:• ,
