Travel RN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring EPIC proficiency and advanced certifications.Job Details•Position is in an Emergency Department setting,•Patient population includes critical care and trauma cases,•Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00,•Every other weekend required,•Must be proficient with EPIC EMR,•Level II Time Critical Diagnosis STEMI Center environment,•No local candidates accepted within a 70-mile radius,Job Requirements•Active RN license required,•Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience,•Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI required,•EPIC charting experience is required,•Must be clean shaven for FIT testing,•Must provide two professional references from supervisors within the past 2 years,Additional Information•Emphasis on responding to cardiac and stroke events in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment,•Modules must be completed pre-start with RN modules taking up to 5-6 hours,•Modules are recorded on transcripts as part of onboarding,•Travelers cannot work more than one year consecutively and must take a 6-month break before returning,•OSHA respirator clearance is required prior to start,),•hash,:• ,
